Refine the Flow Yoga workshop/Om Meditation

Om Yoga Workshop 5:30-7:00pm

Om Meditation 7:15-8:45 pm

Sandy Gross of Evolution yoga will be conducting a yoga workshop and meditation at Studio Oxygen on Tuesday March 16. The cost is $25 per workshop or $45 for both. 
During and following the classes, Sandy will also be hosting a trunk show with merchandise from her Cleveland boutique from 5:00pm-9:00pm. 

***Regularly schedulced yoga and cycling classes will be cancelled for the evening***
